Airways Reports & Certification

All cleans carried out by Airways Canopy & Duct Cleaning are verified by fully auditable reports.

The reports contain photographic evidence and details of work undertaken at that visit.

A certificate will be issued in conjunction with a Post-Clean Report detailing site specific information and recommendations for compliance.

This certificate can be displayed on site, and forwarded to insurance companies and environmental health officials to show compliance. (Report format may vary depending on industry or client requirements)

BE&S TR19 Regulations Guide to Good Practice

Airways Canopy & Duct Cleaning are fully compliant with B&ES TR/19 and we use the specification as a guideline for certifying all extraction system cleaning.

The Health & Safety Executive and insurance guidance regulations stipulate that kitchen extraction systems should be kept clean to minimise fire risk within the system. B&ES (formerly known as HVCA) has introduced a specification for cleaning such systems which if followed satisfies the requirements of both the HSE and major insurance companies.
